Is Knovya free?
How much does Knovya cost?
Pro is $15/month, or $12/month billed annually ($144/year — save 20%). Team is $20/seat/month annual ($25/seat monthly), with a 3-seat minimum. Top-up AI credits start at $5 for 100 credits if you exceed your monthly quota.
What's an AI credit, exactly?
One credit equals one typical AI action: a chat message, a co-edit, or a minute of voice transcription. Heavier work costs more — note generation runs 5 credits, web research 3 credits, ghost completion 0.25 credits. Free includes 50 / Pro 500 / Team 2,000 per seat. Resets monthly. Top-up packs from $5 if you run out, and top-up credits roll over for 12 months.
Do I really not need a credit card?
Right. Free is forever-free with no card. The 14-day Pro trial is opt-in and also takes no card — you get full Pro for two weeks, then either upgrade or auto-revert to Free. No surprise charge.
What happens to my notes if I downgrade or cancel?
Your notes are yours. If you downgrade from Pro to Free with more than 50 notes, the extras become read-only — you can still read them, edit them, and export everything anytime. Cancel and you keep Pro until the end of the cycle, then auto-downgrade to Free.
How does Knovya pricing compare to Notion AI, Mem, or Reflect?
Knovya Pro is $15/month flat — same price as Mem, lower than Notion + Notion AI ($10 + $10 = $20/user), competitive with Reflect ($10 base + add-ons). Can I cancel anytime?

Why is the Team plan minimum 3 seats?
